Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD. Orders under $99 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.95 (or $14.95 for Rest of World destinations).
Processing Time
Most items are made to order or shipped directly from our fulfillment centers. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your order ships.

International Orders & Customs
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Large & Oversized Items
Furniture and other large items may require special delivery arrangements. We will contact you if additional coordination is needed for your delivery.
