Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Production & Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 15–25 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Europe & UK: 20–30 business days
United States: 20–30 business days
Canada: 25–35 business days
Australia & NZ: 25–35 business days
Rest of World: 25–40 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

International Orders

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Large & Oversized Items

Furniture and other large items may require special delivery arrangements. We will contact you if additional coordination is needed for your delivery.
