30-Day Return Policy
At ArtHouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been installed, assembled, or altered
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@arthouses.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a new order. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at support@arthouses.store with a clear statement of your decision. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
